For 24/7 access we offer POWERLINE. This is a 1-800 number that is assigned to your listing. Intrested buyers may call at their convience to recieve information on your listing. We in turn are notified by email for every call we recieve.
Our Weekend Showcase is shown over the weekend on channel 3 & KQ2. Reece & Nichols listings are shown on a rotational basis with pictures and description.
Virtual Tours are also taken of your property and uploaded on both MLS sites for buyers & REALTORS to view for a better idea of your listing.
I personally market my listings on channel 3 during "Our Town". Each week I have a featured home with your picture and a few high points to your listing. |

| Open Houses |
| Open houses are held every other weekend by Reece & Nichols agents. We do not host open houses on holiday weekends. |

| Showings |
| With our new lockboxes, we are able to access showings on your house as soon as the agent downloads their key. A download needs to be completed everyday, so we have a daily report of showings. |

|
| Follow Up |
| After following up on showings by other agents we in turn let you know how the showing went. If we start to see a trend on the feedback comments we will discuss if any action needs to be taken. |

|
| Review |
| Once a month we will review your listing and see what if anything needs to be done to recieve an offer on your house. We will look over the feedback comments, similar houses on the market and what has sold. |

 |
|
|
| Contract Time |
| Once we recieve an offer on your property. I will sit down with you and go over the offer with you. You may choose to accept the offer, counter the offer with items that meet your needs or reject the offer. |

 |
|
|
| Complete Sales Contract |
| Once we have a contract on your property I will follow through by making sure the buyers meet on the requirements. I will review your title work and help you in any other way that may be needed. |
